1. By placing an electronic order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.
3. The shipping costs, including the delivery charges, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within the legal 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
5. In case the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days of learning of the issue. The full payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay for the product they have purchased or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
7. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer has been used fraudulently by unauthorized individuals and the product's payment is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is required to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
8. If a force majeure event occurs, which the seller could not have foreseen, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or a delay in delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product payment will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation.
9. Before receiving the subject of the contract, the buyer must inspect the goods/services; if they fall under the category of damaged or defective goods such as torn, stained, etc., the buyer is obliged to protect the goods after receiving them. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.
10. The buyer may exercise their right to cancel the contract by rejecting the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the provided address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller through the contact information below.
